Precisely How You Can Redraft the Blueprint of Your Life.

Healing involves awakening the natural self-organizing processes embedded in our DNA. With knowledge of these processes and awareness of our conscious and subconscious mental activity we can redraft the blueprints of our lives.

In two prior articles in this series on Epigenetics, I explain how our perceptions influence our biology.

The first article in this Epigenetic series,  Epigenetics: How Our Perceptions Change Our Biology, I explain what Epigenetics is and the process of epigenetics. That article will give you an understanding of why our hereditary gene activity is not determined by the gene itself, but rather by the environment for the cell in which the gene exists. You will also come to see how the environment and perceptions of the environment are within your control and that you can use your ability to change the environment and your perceptions of the environment to change the activity of our genes.

In the second article in the Epigenetic series, What's Love Got To Do With It? I share a story about Ariel Gunther. The story allows you to watch how the process, by which Ariel's mind and brain influence her biology, unfolds.

This article on how to redraft the blueprint of your life is the grand finale. I am excited to share it with you! In this third article in the series on Epigenetics, I explain exactly how you can recreate the blueprint of your life to reflect your wishes and desires.

Be Empowered

Now that you understand the science behind epigenetics and how it works in real life, you are ready to be empowered and learn how to manifest the life of your dreams by changing your subconscious mental programs to reflect the wishes and desires of your conscious mind, rather than the autopilot patterns of the subconscious mind.

As noted in the two previous articles, our genes within our cells give our cells potential. What potentials are actually expressed depends on the composition of the cell's environment, which is blood. Your mind perceives something, such as your beloved. Your brain acts as a chemist and translates the image held by your mind (in this case your beloved) into a chemistry that complements that perception. The brain emits chemicals into the blood reflecting the composition of the image the mind holds. The resulting blood composition is the cell environment that determines what the gene's activity will be.

The placebo and nocebo effects arise when the mind releases chemicals reflecting positive or negative beliefs about something.

This is all very good news. Why?

Because if we were stuck with genes controlling our biology all we could do is wait for the inevitable. Since it is actually the environment and our perceptions of the environment that control genetic activity, we can influence the expression of our genes, our biology, by changing our environments and how our mind perceives the environment.  So empowering, right?

We need to look into the process a bit further to fully take advantage of our ability to rewrite the blueprint of our lives.

The mind creates the image that the brain responds to and translates into chemistry. However, the mind is made up of two interdependent parts, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.

95% of our cognitive behavior is controlled by our subconscious mind at work while the conscious mind is engaged in runaway thinking. The subconscious programming does not reflect the wishes and desires of the conscious mind but rather reflects the stored habitual processes it holds in place for us so that we can live with great efficiency and on autopilot.

Our conscious minds are creative.

The conscious mind expresses our desires, our wishes, and our aspirations. Our subconscious minds act habitually and influence behavior without our conscious minds being involved. The subconscious mind takes over our behavior when the conscious mind is busy thinking.

When our conscious minds are engaged in thinking, all of our other functions are taken over by the habits stored in the subconscious mind

Just like when you are driving to the ice cream parlor on a hot summer evening mentally weighing pistachio or butter brickle ice cream and your subconscious drives the car and takes you to the exact location of the ice cream parlor.

The more time we spend thinking, the more our behavior is determined by the subconscious mind in line with stored habits. Those subconscious programs do not reflect our wishes or desires. To act in alignment with our wishes and desires we must free the conscious mind from thinking and allow it to create.

By becoming aware of the subconscious source of our behavior, we are gifted the miraculous opportunity to change our lives by rewriting the programs of limitation or the programs that interfere with us fulfilling our creative dreams that run on auto-pilot when the thinking mind is otherwise engaged.

We now know that we can use our awareness to change the subconscious programs to reflect the wishes and desires of the conscious mind. One highly potent way to influence change in our subconscious patterns is hypnosis.  Mindfulness and awareness and hypnosis are precisely how you will change your subconscious programming and change your perceptions to change your biology to reflect a biology that supports the life of your dreams.
